v  Payment must be paid on completion of every appointment in cash or card.

v  All treatment times include consultation, treatment and preparation time.  To ensure you gain the most out of your appointment we advise that you arrive 5-10 min prior to your allocated time. 

v  Late arrival for an appointment may constitute a reduced treatment time.

v  Your beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money, therefore if we receive less than 48 hours notice of cancellation 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

For group or large bookings a deposit of 50% is required and 3 days notice is needed to cancel or you will lose your deposit. 

v  We are happy to take bookings for under the age of 18. However a parent or guardian will be required to be in attendance whilst the treatment is carried out.

v  We cannot allow children to accompany an adult into the treatment room when the adult is receiving a treatment.

v  All our clients personal details are kept securely and privately and are not passed on to third parties.

v  When booking an appointment please inform us of any health conditions as some conditions may prevent certain treatments being carried out.

v  Please ensure you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

v  Please note that prices are subject to variation and the management reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

v  Gift Vouchers can't be returned or exchanged by recipient.
